Starbucks - Rohnert Park

It is a small starbucks, but there is plenty of space to sit and swallow. The staff is nice.

Attentive, friendly and helpful staff in this place. They were from a sandwich that my friend wanted to order and sincerely apologise, offering alternatives. She had no problem getting another sandwich, and as we waited for it, John brought a gift card and apologized to not have the sandwich she had originally ordered. Above and above the customer service, thank you to the team here to show what it means to put the customer first.

I came to this Starbucks because the other in Rohnert Park held their lobby and mobile commands. I came here to order a breakfast sandwich, but they were from the one I wanted, so I chose another. When I picked up my food, John gave me a gift card and apologized for the inconvenience of being out of the sandwich I wanted! I'm gonna get the extra mile (literal) to this Starbucks!!
