Papa Murphy's Take N' Bake Pizza

Stopped in to get a few Herb and Cheese shakers. The advertised price right on the sign is $2. They were ringing up at $2.25 each. The kid would not adjust the cost to the advertised price. Ridiculous!

Went in to the store and wanted a heart shape pizza, but not just pepperoni. Asked if we could pay extra for additional toppings, was told that was ok. We ended up paying full price for a large signature pizza only to make it heart shape, insteadof the $12 special. While the pizza was being made either the owner or manager walked out from the back and saw the pizza beingmade. He then proceeded to tell us (the customers) that the workers really shouldn?t be doing special orders like that. Againwithout talking to his employees about what transpired or coaching the employees privately and in a more professional manner hedecided to scold us, the customers, after we specifically asked if that was ok and we would pay whatever it cost. We have beenloyal customers to this papa Murphy?s for years but not after this experience.

I’ve had Papa Murphy’s pizzas from many different stores. This store in Rogers is the most consistently good pizza with fast and friendly service.

I missed an item on my order when I was leaving today and didn’t notice until I got home. Before I had a chance to call, I was contacted by the store letting me know. They offered to hold it if I was coming back to pick it up (it’s out of town for me, I went after work) or offered a refund for the item.This is the kind of customer service that deserves sharing and certainly earned my repeat business! Next time I will be more attentive.

They almost always get our weekly order right and we love Papa Murphy’s quality ingredients! If you’re not grabbing the $10 any pizza on Tuesday’s to feed your family, you should be!
