Starbucks - Rocky River

The drinks were alright, but there was an unpleasant experience that impacted our visit. While we were seated downstairs, a cleaning person mopped the floor upstairs. Unfortunately, strong cleaning solution and dirt wafted down and reached us. We understand the need for cleaning, but should be more professional to avoid affecting customers. I made a comment to her and she did it even more.

I’ve been to literally every Starbucks in NE Ohio and this is my favorite one. Best service, best atmosphere and best overall experience. I always get to go, but for those wanting to stay, it’s a very cool layout inside. A different world from boring modern designs of Starbucks. The counter to order is on the main floor. Tables are on the 2nd floor and basement. They are the nicest baristas here.

I am visiting from our of town. Put in my mobile order plenty early for pick up. I waited quite a long time. Many people that came in after me got their orders, and a lot of walk ins got their orders before me. Finally she asked me my name, and it was just sitting on a counter behind them and no one bothered to put it by the pick up area. No apologies no nothing. Not a good way to do business. It was not a busy time of day, and I had one coffee. Very disappointed.

Been goin there every daily since 4 years... awesome Barista.... favorite is Hannah , julie, one person I forgot... many more....This old postHere new the batista are horrible and make fun n talk my back.. 3 batista were very rude I gave n follow my instructions for my drink she didn't follow n make huge mess on my drink n gave me with dripping side of cup really? Again today same thing I reported !!!

This is my favorite Starbucks. It has a small coffee shop vibe (like the old KSU one), with the sweetest baristas. I've never had a bad experience here. Parking lot can be a mess at times when it's busy but that's the only bad thing I can say about this location.
