Formerly the Rocky Point Townhouse Diner, Zona Out-East is much improvedGreeted with a smile, very nice waitstaff.
The new owners are great. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Food is great; not typical diner food.
Finally a GREAT diner in Rocky Point.
