Dairy Queen Grill Chill

Love me a good ice cream and burger joint… I mean really can you go wrong with that combination ?

They messed up my order and then refused to fix it. The lady behind the counter (Berlin) also lied about being the manager.

I loved seeing the young cook pull up his shirt, scratch his stomach, re tie his pants only to 'clean ' his hands on the wash cloth. No gloves when handing the frozen strip to touching the pretzels to check if they were hit before putting it in the microwave. This resturatant needs better training and maybe not all teens working at once. Blizzard station covered in crumbs and pineapple looks like it hadn 't been cleaned in hours it was covered.

Took a very long time to get through the drive threw. The burger was OK but not great at all.We don't go to Dairy Queen very often at all and now i can understand why. Im sure theres others out there that would give this place a better rating but i can't at this point and time.

Horrible customer service. Didn’t wash hands then proceeded to peel bananas then threw spoons on counter and myself and my children.
