I got the chicken and grits. The chicken was too rich and creamy. The dish had ham which was well cooked. The grits were delicious, but the dish as a whole was not good. I did also order fries, which were delicious.

Excellent dinner! The chef is creative which resulted in a great experience for the palate. We had the beet salad and the Smoked Turkey burger. I wish I had ordered two burgers for myself. Bravo this is what a resturant should aspire to be and serve their customers. Service was ok, a the atmosphere was open area type seating. I will be back

Staying in Rocky Mount on my drive from Orlando to Boston. If lived within 2 hours of this place I’d be here regularly. I had the carbonara pork chop and it was unlike anything I’ve ever tried. The turkey burger was also to die for. Will be circling back on the way home. Our waitress was fantastic as well. 10/10

Food is modern fare. If you get the grilled octopus starter, you really don’t need a main course. The octopus is a great option if you’re avoiding grains. The smoked turkey burger was decadent for a burger. The buttered noodles were an automatic hit with the little one and the partner was happy with the gargantuan brisket burger. Even better was the staff and atmosphere. They were welcoming and intuitive. The bathroom and dining area were incredibly clean. For relaxed competent experience, go here. It’s worth diverting. Dietary restrictions: Let the kitchen know of your restrictions and they will make every effort to prevent cross fertilization. Parking: Not hard to park around 4pm Kid-friendliness: Staff like and understand kids. The kids menu is small but geared to kids’ food desires.

Good food and variety, pleasantly surprised to find it and will be back next time in the area! Had the Brisket Burger and it was well made and tasted great. Dietary restrictions: Wife is gluten and grain free and was able to find some good options.
