Bidra med feedbackCame her tonight to order with friends. We were ignored by all four workers for the first ten minutes that we were there. Asked someone to take our order, and she walked right past us. Multiple people had to come inside from the drive thru and get their ice cream. I understand short staff and I understand being busy, but what I don?t understand was the lack of customer service. One worker stocked up cakes while watching us stand at the counter. Extremely unprofessional andrude. A waste of time.
A really great place to hang out. The food was really good, and the people working there were incredibly friendly. The orders were accurate.
You’d be hard-pressed to find someone that likes DQ ice cream more than me. But, enough is enough. This store is SUPER slow. When I double check my order while ordering, I get attitude. When I don’t confirm, it’s often wrong. The latest visit, I ordered a “Medium Oreo Blizzard with peanut butter sauce”. No sauce. Instead, peanuts. Hard, crunchy, dry peanuts. Awesome. Save your money for somewhere else.Edit: the link provided below required the address of the restaurant, the exact time and subtotal of the order, and asked me to upload the receipt. I don’t have the receipt. It went in the garbage with the awful peanut Blizzard. Lesson: Want a high satisfaction rating? Make it incredibly annoying to submit negative feedback.
Would not allow us to go inside building. Totally useless experience.
One of the few restaurants in Rocky Mount that is Not nasty and dirty.It's the only fast food restaurant I will eat in here. With most of these places in Rocky Mount you have a gag reflex if you walk into the bathroom.
