Salsa Mexicana - Rockville Centre

This was my second visit to Salsa Mexicana and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming with the service just as friendly. Our waiter was great, both in attentiveness, and recommendations. My daughter and I started with the guacomoli dip which was fairly spicy (as requested) and it was great. We then ordered the salmon special which was delicious! We were there on a week night and although it was still busy for a weeknight, the noise level was low to moderate, though when I was there on a Sat. it was high. My only minor complaint was that it was a cold night and when the door opened and was left open by some incoming customers, it was uncomfortable. However, I plan to go back often.

The atmosphere was cool, relaxing, and beautiful. Service was great and the food was delicious. I would definitely come here again. Definitely make reservations.

While this restaurant has always been a favorite, it’s becoming harder and harder to park. The noise level has also increased to a level that is not possible to take any longer. I am sorry to say that we can no longer visit Salsa Mexicana any longer. It was a hard decision.

The food is delicious. I was slightly disappointed with the size of the "jumbo" burrito as I was expecting it to be bigger. However, it was still very tasty and satisfying.

Had dinner at 19:45 and the service was done in their heads. Had to ask the bus boy for everything. Not with other places in the area that better evaluate. Good luck.
