Excellent. Highly recommend. Service was great and the food outstanding

The interior of the restaurant is a bit shabby. The bathroom stalls are in need of repair, the restroom is outdated with missing ceiling pieces and exposed electrical wires.

The experience at the steakhouse was flawless! The hostess greeted us warmly as soon as we arrived and made us feel very welcome. Our waiter provided excellent service. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was fantastic!! We are eagerly anticipating our next visit. I highly recommend this restaurant!

When we got there our reservations could not be found due to the fact that I changed them from 6 pm to 7:30. Then as we waited for hostess to find them she kept saying Just a sec and proceeded to seat everyone else that came in after us. After a long while s she found out she wrote us off as a 'no show ' then when I showed her my cell phone confirmation we was going to take us to the main dining room and changed her mind and brought us to the back. It looked like we would be eating in a closet, like an after thought. I told her no we do not want to sit there. She then brought us to the main dining room and sat us next to the emergency door and I froze all night. There was a terrible breeze so I had to wear my coat all through dinner. We ordered the Porterhouse for two and when it finally came out, it was rare, almost raw when we ordered medium rare. The waiter had to take it back to recook and when it came back he asked us if it was good and we said yes, because it was over medium rare but what could we do at that point? You can 't un-cook an over done steak. The brussel sprouts were awful, flat tasting. The only good thing was the mashed potatoes. The waiter seemed rushed and over worked. He was kind but extremely busy so it took him a while to get back to our table that we had to ask the bus boy for things we needed. This was our first time here and our last. So many times we have wanted to come in for a meal and we finally have and it was disappointing.

Our first visit to this restaurant was fantastic. We arrived right when they opened, so it was peaceful and quiet. Our server, Eric, was excellent - very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The steaks were delicious and cooked perfectly, and my lobster tail was juicy and not overcooked. The salad, sides, and dessert were all done very well. We will definitely be returning, although I wish I had been offered a refill on my coffee. Hopefully next time!
