Bidra med feedbackI was not with a mother in 5 years and never one of those big and I was thrilled! You can bring your own containers (yes! for peanut butter, dishwasher liquid, lentils, nuts, spices, rice, pasta, honey, etc. You have the laundry detergent sheets (50 charges for $11-12 and no plastic and a ton of products I have not seen on site, all at cheaper prices than Whole Foods or Amazon. So glad a friend suggested that we go here after a meal at Shouck. My new favorite store.
Excellent business for goods that are healthy for you and the planet. Wide range of organic, sustainable, vegan and fair commercial products at reasonable prices. Customer service is excellent if you are looking for a specific product or make a special or bulk order without crazy shipping costs. Good recycling program also, and their vegan cafe rocks!
My place for food. Production is fresh and local, where possible. They take care of the origin of their products. I love grocery stores and I enjoy shopping with Mom. It is a little pricier but you can have a week of food there for a little under $130. Meal planning is the key and knowledge that you eat good quality food makes it even better taste. The finer option to eat for us!
This place is a paradise. They have everything a progressive organic grocery should have, and everything is immaculately laid out and easy to find. They even sell beer here, a rare find here in Amish country, I mean MoCo ; Staff is friendly and helpful, zero complaints. I love this place, so does my entire family. Thank you for existing.
MOMs has a definite smell to it? It smells organic lol. It's not bad. The store is small but the aisles are nice and pretty wide. The shelves are packed with neat things and lots of variety, definitely more than trader Joe's. I shop here for mostly pantry stuff. I can't comment too much on produce, but the displays are much smaller than a normal grocer. And of course the bulk section is amazing. You can bring your own containers! I was afraid things would be much more expensive here, but they're really not. I got nutritional yeast to fill an old bragg's shaker container, just like parmesan cheese, and it was under 4 dollars. They do have bulk soaps and detergents and some other chemicals I believe. The health and beauty sections are quite extensive. The employees seem nice, and they act like they're treated well too. Idk it's just a hopeful feeling but they're always nice. Parking lot is big, and it's in the corner so it's not dangerous in front. Planet thrift is right there as well. The entrance from Nebel street? Has construction right around the corner so it's only a little tough. They have a cute/funny recycling dropoff in front with more categories than I've ever seen before. And they have alternative protein sources, dried bugs and stuff, some with seasoning like lil bulk snacks. Yes bulk crickets, go and check it out. Bring your own lil bags. [3]
