My son went to buy a burrito bowl with guacamole. It was outrageous the amount of food he came back with for 14 dollars. The bowl wasn't even half full I understand if you need to cut back but seriously if I wanted him to have the kids meal that is what I would paid for. The cut back on ingredients even the ones we have to pay extra for is very noticeable. I don't think this is how you want to continue to do business people aren't blind.

Avoid mobile orders from here. they give you such a small portion. which is unfair because your paying the full price. i ordered chicken tacos and got maybe 2-3 pieces of chicken in each taco.

I came here last Friday 7/12/2024. I can’t believe the experience I had. First I walk in to see a worker cleaning using chemicals while the food was right there no coverage or nothing. It was almost closing time so I guess they were in a hurry to leave. When I get to the counter the worker says nothing to me or my friend just continues cleaning I then asked for a bowl and he said he will be with me in a minute, I beg your pardon. I was beyond in shock as it took him about 5 minutes to assist us. While he is making my bowl he is literally rushing me down the line I felt very uncomfortable as we were the only people getting food at the time there was no need to rush. Even if there is a need to rush I don’t think your customers should ever feel rushed. My friend starts getting his bowl made he got half chicken half steak. He ask for more steak because the guy only put about five pieces of steak on his bowl. The steak looked cold and it was barely any left. The guy said no and asked if he wanted to pay for extra which we did not because he literally had no meat on his bowl. I’m not sure if he was saving it just incase more customers came in before closing but the worker was so mean and careless. When we asked for a manager the guy said he was the manager his name is Raul. He then walks to the back and a lady comes out and starts asking what else we wanted on our bowls. If I didn’t feel uncomfortable before I definitely felt unwanted now. The most horrible staff ever. For him to be a manager he definitely needs more training with customer service, friendliness, and proper food etiquette. I could not believe it.
