Bageltowne - Rockville

Since ive discovered Bageltowne, it has been my go to breakfast bagel spot and then get it right every.single.time! The owners are actually a family and it feels like you are walking into their home. No matter how busy it is, the attention to detail is ALWAYS there. Customer service, amazing. Food, fresh and flavorful and HOT always! You can leave you bagel in the bag for like an hour and it will STILL be warm! Definitely worth every penny.

Got a BLT on a bagel for lunch with a side of coleslaw. Bagel was fresh and delicious, not too thick either. Young man at register was kind and brought the order to my table when it was ready I chose dine-in).

We used them for platers for a memorial. Everything was wonderful. The platers were overly generous and the food was delicious. The bagels were fresh, large and delicious. Unlike most places they were not chewy.The bread and rolls seemed to have been just baked. Thank you for taking such good care of us at a reasonable price.

We had gotten bagel breakfast sandwiches and it came out in a timely manner and the server had asked us if we had needed anything else. We came in an hour before close and there were still plenty of bagels left and we weren't rushed out. The decor on the walls gave the dining area a family atmosphere.I'm definitely going back again.

Ordered delivery and received the wrong sandwich. Also ordered 2 matzo ball soups and I got a mixture of chicken noodle soup and matzo ball soup. I called to tell them ,and she said that her manager would call me the next day to give me a refund. I told her that I didn’t care about that, I just wanted the right menu items. Again she said her boss would call me the next day
