The best poffertjes I've ever had in the city are at Rocklea Markets. The coffee there is also outstanding. The service is incredibly friendly!

When I inquired about the delay, I was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. As someone who works in the industry, I understand that waits can happen, but if I had known there would be a half-hour delay, I would have made different plans for my 4-year-old. We were a group of 8, and by the time my child finally received her meal, everyone else in our party had already gotten food from elsewhere. I attempted to provide feedback about the situation, but the staff responded with indifference and asked if I still wanted the food I had waited so long for, showing no concern or willingness to address my feedback. Instead, they whispered among themselves and avoided any eye contact with me. Overall, I felt disregarded and unvalued as a customer.
