Bidra med feedbackI thought I would leave my review here as I see a lot of 1 star reviews and the feeling it does not really justice for the experience I had. Service was good and food portion size was great. The waiter was attentive when he repeatedly asked if everything was okay and how the food was. There is a wide range of food and drinks as well. We ordered the beef and steak and a glass of wine and beer. Steak was cooked to perfection and juicy and smokey, full of taste. Ribs were also not too bad, but could have been more delicate and lighter apart. The corn side was immersed in Bbq sauce, which gives it an additional taste. We also had the side of the onion rings that were unfortunately cold and there were only 4 onion rings? Also napkin was dirty, but got a new set from the waiter. Place was also quite empty, but there is only so much seating. 4 out of 5 stars for me, as there is some room for improvement on the above items. I would definitely go for the steak and chips the next time without pages. I think it's price-wise on the steeper end, but portions were big enough and tasty. We even brought food home. Thank you and we will see you next time!
Took 45 minutes to get our food and it wasn’t worth the wait. Mixed platter was good but the calamari was terrible (processed) and the chicken wings were cold. Won’t be coming back!!
Terrible every time I 've been. The worst thing about this place is the customer service; or lack there of. Went on a quiet day not too long ago and walked into an empty restaurant, the girl who would be expected to greet me and my friends hardly batted an eye and just stood there. I had to initiate conversation and she asked if we have a reservation... in the empty restaurant? The attitude of this woman was astounding, absolutely did not want to be there and it showed. Just completely rude, the way she took out order, served our food, and when it was time to pay for the 3 of us she didn 't even ask if it was separate or together and blurted out the amount and waited for us to pay all together. When I politely asked for separate payments, she says nothing, expecting she didn 't here me I say separate please and she interrupts and yells yeah what did you get?! Just completely unacceptable customer service. I understand how terrible customer service can be as an employee, I have 2 customer service jobs, but I would NEVER yell at a customer and will always put a smile on my face. Never coming back.
Firstly Customer service was absolutely terrible no one was friendly, smiled or acted welcoming and we had to keep on correcting orders. Secondly I got the 20 dollar special of a steak and chips and the only good thing was the chips- steak was burnt on the outside and tiny portion. My Mrs got the calamari which was rubbery and was not crispy at all…very soggy… not to mention the pricing is very over the top for what you get for example 8bucks for three small garlic prawns ??! Seriously .. very disappointed
There is no excuse for having a bad attitude in Customer service especially while serving customers. Some unhappy mothers for Mother’s Day because the service was rude. We understood you were under pressure and busy but if your having a bad day go for a break because your ruining your customers day because you have a bad attitude! Food was good for most of us, but some steaks were burnt and some were pretty much straight out the packet lol thank you to the lovely kiwi girl two boys who made our stay nice, your service was amazing should be praised:
