Burger King - Rockford

Usually quite fast. Today was super slow. from the time I was moved in until I got my food was at least 20 minutes. but I prefer this the mcdonalds on the road, the sandwiches makes all messed up and does not have what they want most of the time.

When we went they said they were out of the hand breaded chicken so that was disappointing! The woman at the window was very friendly! Unfortunately we got the wrong drinks and our sandwiches did not come with all the toppings. The buns were rather stail and the ranch tasted expired. The food did make my partner sick after eating.

Meh.... Not the worst but probably the only restaurant in the area I'd eat from.

Was there today rude service staff was not attending. Watched them standing around even when ask for assistance. I took pics and the manager yelled at me. If I could've given no stars I would have. The manger also threaten to take my phone.

It is Sunday at 9:45am. I've tried calling four times and the phone remains unanswered. I'm also putting in a call to door dash as well. Tots were stale as can be. Tasted more like grease than a tot.! I also ordered a croissant not a biscuit as I have received a biscuit and not a croissant. The Dr pepper also needs to be changed due to me being able to taste more c.o.2 in the pop than the syrup!!!!! My Brother was willing to drive to the drive thru and get it replaced so there wasn't any issues and return the food that we have received. But again NO ANSWER so can't really do that either now can we! This is by far... And I mean by FAR THE WORST BURGER KING IN ROCKFORD ILLINOIS LETS GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE.
