Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. There are no senior staff members present, only young employees who keep making mistakes and losing orders. This has led to longer wait times for customers.

Extremely disappointing! I ordered a sausage and egg McMuffin meal with orange juice, but after waiting for 20 minutes and seeing orders placed after mine being served, I had to inquire about the status of my food. The staff mentioned it was coming out soon, and finally after 25 minutes, I received my meal. There was no explanation or apology for the delay, just a quick "here you go, enjoy your meal". Unfortunately, this experience at the Rockdale McDonald's deserves only 1 star. I would recommend going to the Bexley McDonald's instead.

The kids' play area is not suitable for young children as the large slides are only accessible through tunnels and climbing up multiple levels of platforms. The outdoor seating is nice and the service is good. However, I wish I had known beforehand that the play area was not suitable for toddlers. If I had known, I wouldn't have stopped here with my 2.5-year-old who is now very disappointed.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a meal and a burger separate, I got home and no chips , what's confusing about what's in a meal deal . Not the first time McDonald's drive through are known for this , I should have checked but why should I have to.. I've been in and twice have been served by a young girl who was clueless , I don't blame her at all just **** poor management at Rockdale McDonald's it's as simple as that..

Bad and slow service, disgusting ice chocolates tates like cold milo with the milo all showing on the top and sides.
