Huckleberry's Pizza - Rock Island

The food was excellent. The service was very friendly. We went there around 8:00pm, so our server was very relaxed and able to talk a little with us while we waited for our deep dish pizza, which takes longer than the other crust styles. The Sicilian Pesto pizza was a unique pizza we hadn't seen before. It was delicious, and worth trying if you love Pesto, like we do! Ee will definitely be going back! I cannot say enough good things about this establishment! The owners are amazing, the food is to die for and the ambiance is perfect! I have been eating at Huckleberry’s since the late 90’s and it has ALWAYS been a great experience! I'm not exaggerating when I say that this is literally the best restaurant I've ever been to in my entire life. The food, the service, the atmosphere...all world class...and it's here in the Quad Cities! You do not want to miss a chance to dine here. I used to work here during college before the epidemic. While I don't live in the quad cities or work there anymore, I still make an effort to stop in whenever I'm in town. Food is always delicious and the staff is always wonderful! Calzones are MASSIVE and the pizza stays good in the fridge for days. Edit: Also wanted to add that the owner, Jon, is amazing. He was amazing to work for and just as amazing as a customer. Most nights, he's in the kitchen working on the food with his staff. He loves what he does and it really shows. Kid-friendliness: I brought my six month old and his cousins also showed up which are a little older than him. There are usually always kids around which is nice : They also have one arcade game for older kids too.
