Bidra med feedbackThis restaurant experience was very disappointing overall. From the quality of the food to the attitude of the woman preparing it, everything was subpar. When I returned my taco because it had fallen apart and its filling had spilled out, the woman's response was dismissive. Instead of offering a replacement and being apologetic, she seemed to brush off my complaint as if it were a normal occurrence. If she had handled the situation better, I wouldn't be writing this negative review. It's not just about the food being wrong, but also about how customers are treated. Her name on the receipt was Ayauna.
I used to have the best customer service at this Taco Bell compared to any other fast food restaurant I've been to, but now they have closed the drive-through. When you go inside, you have to use a kiosk to place your order. If you come in after two other groups of people, you may be waiting a long time since there are only two kiosks. They won't take your order at the counter. Unfortunately, when I finally got my 3 crunchy tacos, they were stale. This used to be my favorite Taco Bell, but I probably won't be eating here again anytime soon. It's very disappointing.
