Starbucks - Rock Hill

Slow service. Unfortunately, I was ignored by the barista as she caught up on window orders. I stood 11 minutes waiting on a mocha at the counter. Disappointing. Politeness can go a long way.

Drive-thru line tends to be slow. The coffee tastes fine though.

The service sucks the drive thru sucks and you have to do a mobile order 30 minutes early. You sit in the drive thru for 30-45 minutes before you can even get to place an order if you don't do mobile. Go to Herlong or Cherry rd much faster and efficient! Only stop here if you have an hour to spend waiting on coffee!

Great service at this location, very friendly the lady that give me my ice pumkin coffee.

Love the staff, however more priority should be placed on the walk ins and not the drive thru.
