Starbucks - Rock Hill

It was nice. My first time in a Starbucks!I met my Sister to catch up. Jane loves Starbucks Coffee. It was too late in the day for me. ..... The only downside was it was a bit loud in there to carry on a conversation. She said the other SB's she goes to aren't normally that loud.I can't wait to go back in the morning so I can check out some of the coffees and other drinks!!

I've come to Starbucks almost every single morning and a couple of weeks ago I noticed that the drink I get every week has stopped getting filled up to the top. In fact, there's a solid inch or more missing from the top. I brought this to their attention. And they said all this is just the way It's done, but I've parked in front of the store right now and watched Everyone come out with drinks filled to the top. And for some reason every time I get a drink these past few weeks. It's not even close to the top. In fact, I got pictures I can send you of the current drink. I just picked up and it's a solid almost 2 inches from the top, it's ridiculous. I'm handicapped I can't just walk into the store and demand a refund. So I'm taking the issue up with corporate. These ones today were just ridiculous and i'm not coming back to this store ever again.

AWFUL experience and manager. Barista made my drink wrong when I politely asked her to remake it she got her manager and said they could not help me because SHE heard incorrectly and charged me for an additional shot. Contacted corporate and got a refund and a gift card. Many awful reviews of this locationFood: 1/5

I'm not a fan of their coffee. It was convenient at the time, so I stopped.Parking: Small tight parking lot
