Chili's Grill - Rock Hill

Waited over 10 minutes before I got up from my seat and asked if we were going to be waited on. The hostess had to take our drink order. I understand being short staffed, but at least acknowledge me and tell me that and I will completely understand. Had to ask for drink refills and endless chip refill. Love chili's but this was the worst ever.

Just had the quesadilla explosion salad. It was awesome!! Staff was friendly, food was good! Will definitely be back.

Went early before it got busy the server Christie was cool. Food was good i had the quesadilla salad husband had 10oz sirloin. Over all it was a good dinner for today.

My wife and I have visited several hundred locations over the years and have never been disappointed. Until now.Our job requires us to travel quite a bit, and we always look for something familiar wherever we are. Chili’s is one of those that will always provide that comfortable environment with familiar food. This location, however, is not that place. While the food was still good, the service and atmosphere were horrible. There was an employee at the table next to us listening to a training video at such a loud volume, we couldn’t even hear one another. Our order was wrong and took three tries to fix it, when we did get the server to come back by. There must be a potato shortage, because there were only a handful of fries on my plate. Unless you order to go, I would NOT recommend this location until they have a change in staff and/or management
