Applebee's Grill - Rock Hill

On Saturday October 1st, a group of friends/family met up here for a birthday dinner. Staffing was short handed to begin with, we understand things like this can and will happen from time to time, we dealt with it! After long wait times for food drinks, we ended waiting forever to get checked out! We spoke with the bartender, see if she could help her co-workers with checking us out, she was so rude act like she could care less about helping any of us! Lovely from beginning to end. The staff was friendly and eager to make me feel welcomed. The food was hot and tasty. I enjoyed my booth (I chose where I wanted to sit) it was totally cozy!

The service is great but our food was average. I got the chicken and broccoli Alfredo but was not impressed with the sauce.

One star because I can't give it zero. Worst meal I've had in quite some time. App got forgotten in the broiler. Steak got forgotten on the grill. The only thing that wasn't overcooked was the ice water and that never got refilled.

First time at this location, food was better than expected. Only problem was it was cold as an ice box. I asked two time if the air could be turned up or off. But neither happened. Waiter wasn't great but was very polite.
