Dunkin' - Rock Falls

Was the best experience I've had here didn't catch the girls name but she's blonde. And she says love alot.. coffee was very fresh and she's showed great costumer service!.. great job!!!!

I totally enjoy being screamed at by the people in the white suv this morning that stopped in the middle of the road to let a worker out. They're are plenty of parking spots, use them. Then the employees ride followed me screaming and throwing things outthe window. If your employee can not control her guests while on company property then maybe this employee doesn't need to behere causing issues for your company. Update. Dunkin prefers to employ angry people and let them have any code of conduct theyplease. Screw this franchise owner and dunkin.

Employees stood around talking, we were told lobby closes at 7:00pm and we needed to finish up and leave. I will not go back.

Coffee was great think the girl at the window was having a bad day though.

What terrible service. We went inside and waited for 10 minutes just to order. Meanwhile they processed 15 drove thru cars while we just stood waiting to order. How stupid. Don't bother going into this place.
