Taco Bell - Rochester Hills

So why are we closing at 730 on a Friday when it's dinner time? Just shut down this location lol

Really fed up with this place closed down early all the time. I have been there at 4pm and they were closed once! At least there’s the other location close by and they are open till 1am. If other locations are able to stay open then why can’t this location stay open?

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Everytime I drive up to the drive through im met with a excuse. The latest experience I went through at 7:20pm and was told their only taking app/door dash orders only. Online says there open until 10pm I went there at 9pm last week and was told they are closed.

Many have said it and I agree, they close early all the time and kind of just whenever they want. We’ve heard every excuse as to why they are closed, but it’s just crazy. Supposed to be open until 10, they close at 7. They close their dining room whenever they want. They accept a mobile order and then basically just say “Sorry, we don’t have enough food, so we can’t make that for you.” We have been through the gamut here. I don’t know why we kept trying, but we are officially done with this place. We enjoy the food, but the service and management here are absolutely horrific. I don’t understand what’s going on, but the random closings and issues happen way too much for it to just be normal.

Showed up at 9 o'clock they closed about an hour early. Didn't let anybody know (over 20 cars in drive-thru) waited in the parking lot for almost thirty minutes before calling the store for my cell phone after reaching the ordering display to be told that they closed. I'll never go here again, pay your help and you won't have this issue.
