Starbucks - Rochester Hills

When you go here it's like going to somebody's house because you run into every one including all your friends and family there

It's an extremely busy location, though the baristas are even faster. They can manage all the crowds efficiently. Sometimes, its drive thru is chaotic, but with some patients, it works. There is a free parking lot and clean restrooms. There are plenty of seats available.

The store is small and set up awkwardly to wait in line. The drive-thru is really tight, and gets backed up onto Rochester Road. Hoping the new location eases some of the traffic at this one. Easiest option here is to park in an adjoining parking lot and pick up your order in store, but you still have to squeeze between people waiting for their drinks and the small bench along the window. There 's very little seating here so plan on taking your drink to go. Depending on the time of day, absolutely no one will acknowledge you when you walk in to pick up your order. This morning no one said hello or responded to my have a nice day on the way out. The afternoon staff seems to be friendlier/less burnt out. The drinks are consistently good, and they have pebble ice.

One of the best experiences I’ve had at a Starbucks, the employees were so kind and calm. Some of the best customer experience I’ve received. Thank you!
