Little Caesars Pizza - Rochester Hills

My Dad and I have been a patron of this pizza location since we moved here in 2016. This unfortunately will be the last time we get pizza from this location. I got some hot and ready pizza from this location and discovered a huge hair in my pizza in a slice of it. It wasn’t mine. However none of the employees were wearing hairnets or anything to protect their hair from getting into the meal. All food establishments are required to wear a hairnet. All of the pizza places and restaurants that I have gone to have worn them. I don’t know if it’s new management but it’s the last time I will go there. If anyone else has this experience please post this because this is awful. I wish nothing but bad things for this location in the future. I’m being generous with the three stars from the 2016-2023 service. Goodbye from Joshua and David and Gizmo. You will not be missed.

Staff rollover is often and can 't say customer service is high on the list. Staff speak to you like you 're interrupting their day. Learning how to say may I help you? Would be a good start and have a good one with zero smiles is ridiculous. Food is ok/good 70% of the time.

They make good pizza at this location however I made an online order picked it up and the pizza was Luke warm......absolute trash.

Got half classic and half vegetables it was good just a little over cooked, but they give me plain breadsticks no butter or Parmesan cheese on it!

Heavier set woman was very rude , short and rude and smelled like pot. Try just having a little kindness in your voice and maybe you will get somewhere.
