Culver’s - Rochester Hills

Greasy, not well made food, with incompetent work staff who can't remember the simplest of things. the receipt clearly shows all items yet they forget a small Fanta, I mean how hard is it to remember a small child sized drink

I visited this place for the 3rd time and I am sorry to say that it has an uncomfortable atmosphere and workers. It is like they want to be friendly but it feels forced. There was almost a constant stream of workers going outside to give cars drive thru orders. It was around noon on a Saturday. The food is always good but this site is very strange. I wont be going back to this location. Guy

I ordered a single deluxe with small cheese curds and a small drink it was $15 , received a single deluxe wrapped in full paper which smashed burger and now the bread was mushy, the curds were hard and had more pieces of breading then curds never again

Everything I've ever ordered from Culver's has been been fresh and jam packed wit delicious flavors! The staff is always delightfully friendly and helpful!

Waited FOREVER for 1 fish sandwich! I'll never stop here again.
