Bidra med feedbackThis chipotle was always great and I never had problems in the 11 years I was a customer. Today was no exception, I ordered my usual, and per usual I received a large Burrito bowl as I always at this point. Yes, the hours are not ideal and the way you will order is met or miss, but what I have learned when you order in the app, check your food before you go, you will always be satisfied. If you do not, you will reach to Chipotle customer service and they will always make it right. Requisit for her hard work in these unprecedented times in the restaurant industry. Go on!
I had planned a large catering order on Mother's Day for 3:00. To my surprise I went up at 3:00 and it was locked in the door with a closed shield. Someone inside saw me and opened the door to know that my order was ready. I asked when they closed, they said at 1:30. I felt bad they were waiting for me so long, but I was very grateful! The staff was friendly and the food was hot, fresh and delicious! Whoever this crew was on Mother's Day deserves praise. Thank you very much!
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I arrived at 9:00 to get my food when it said it’d be ready and I go inside and there are maybe 5 employees working. The dine-in line is short but there are other people waiting around for their mobile orders. I take a seat and wait 10 minutes and myself along with 3 others are STILL waiting for our mobile orders. The employees ALL are working on the dine in line instead. FINALLY after 20 minutes an employee asks us if we’re waiting for a mobile order and what our names are. The other 3 get helped and leave and I stay waiting for my food while more dine in people come in and get their food before I do. An employee comes up to me to let me know they’re out of chicken. At this point I’m furious bc I’ve already waited 30 minutes now. He tells me it’ll be 15 more minutes and I say fine I’ll wait because I’ve waited this long already. The chicken sat on the grill with no one attending to it. Every employee disappeared into a back room leaving just myself inside. After waiting 20 minutes for the chicken to finish, they finally start serving it only they serve it to dine in customers instead of myself who at this point has been waiting 50 MINUTES. I approach the counter and ask when my order will be ready THEN they finally start working on it. After I got it I asked to be compensated because this was outrageous. I had waited a total of ONE HOUR! I’m normally not one to complain but 5 employees and not 1 was working on mobile orders, ones that ordered with ingredients BEFORE they went out, is completely unacceptable. The answer to my compensation question was a no. No refund, no free bag of chips, nothing. I have never been so appalled by service at a quick service restaurant. They wasted my time and I will not be returning.
This may be the worst Chipotle in the metro detroit area. Every single time I have ever ordered fajita veggies they never put them on, the have forgotten to put lettuce on a salad order which I checked and lettuce is standard on those. The have also had multiple other orders with incorrect or missing items and when I report it through the app nothing is done. I even had a time where I waited an entire hour just for some chips. If this wasn’t the only Chipotle close to my work I’d never order from this location ever, the service is always subpar at best. If you can go to a different chipotle this one cannot get an order right to save their lives
This is my third time coming in last 3 week and they don’t have veggie fajita . I asked manager and his response was very cool that they don’t have enough people to cut veggies. Well then shut down the location altogether. Bad service. They need more seasoned and experienced staff.
