One of the best Wendy in the Rochester area .very polite very nice amazing and strong team.. floor and diner floor always super clean the staff is super amazing super sweet .. love to come here ....

I worked there for 3 months and have to say they are very ghetto,they don't cook the bacon all the way and play music on the speakers, customers are usually unsatisfied with the attitudes of the employees and the people who run the store hired there kids for management and there kids don't run anything right,there bathroom is poorly taken care of,I recommend you shop at mcdanolds

I’m not sure who this young lady was. But she gave me the best customer service I have received in a very long time. Respectful, nice, always smiling and very courteous. Something you don’t get nowadays. Great experience.

The service is extremely slow. Particularly at this location. The items are not as fresh as the other locations. The parking has trash every were.
