Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Rochester

Wow! This was amazing to stop in on opening day! The colors are bright and welcoming to customers first and foremost. Everything is healthy and affordable and I found the pleasant surprise of plant-based chicken that is not charged extra! I got an Avocado smoothie that sat just right with flavor. A Hummus veggie wrap was sweet yet savory ? I highly recommend drop in and grab a smoothie. The owner/manager was a polite man who was helping all his employees throughout our visit. Obviously, they have things they need to work on as a new establishment but nothing that made me want to give them less than 5 stars.

My smoothie was delicious but my flatbread was just OK. The place is pretty small (especially with the crowd) so I'd plan on taking your food to go or sitting outside on a nice day. The prices were very reasonable and my smoothie was huge. I'll be back for sure but I'll probably just stick to the smoothies.

THIS PLACE IS SO OVERATEDDDDD I ordered 4 smoothies and 2 salads and potatoes on door dash at work when they arrived they did not have our salads and told me I had to call for a replacement which is ridiculous she should?ve gone back and got my food. I called them and he tried to say she gave me the wrong order, no she forgot the rest of it because it was the correct smoothies. An hour goes by and still no food I called again still no one he refund me the whole thing, great! Then the food comes and this how the bag came, this place is WACK bad service in and out the employees don?t know any proper customer service nobody asked you to work there so come with better attitudes

Jeremiah is both professional and efficient. Not to mention he was patient with me, because I needed a second to make up my mind. Mac was also very helpful and fast at getting my order done. They definitely deserve praise and growth within the company, because these employees were great!!!!

Thee absolute best smoothie place I?ve tried in this area so far. I?ve put so many friends, family, and co-workers on to this place. Inexpensive, good portions, so many flavors, and great customer service. I?m literally a regular at this point lol 10/10 recommend. Now the food they serve (No so much???????? lol But who cares when the smoothies are bomb AF! ????????
