Tim Hortons - Rochester

Edit: Dining room closed on 9/26/2022. Seems like this location is still primarily drive-thru. Don't waste your time coming here if you use a bike or transit for transportation. Edit: Dining room closed on 4/4/2022. Drive thru was open though. Thislocation still incosistent when it comes to Dine-In eating. I ordered a double-double apple fritter and got it within 90seconds. Top notch!

They are horribleeee Staff will stand around talking while there?s a line. People will take stuff from the back to their cars with helps of other.. leaving one person to a 10/15 person line. Or people outside smoking when there?s a huge line movingextremely slow?.Just absolutely horrible

The morning staff are truly my favorite! They are always incredibly friendly and attentive. My mother has been at RGH for a month, and during my visits to this Tim Horton's location, it has quickly become my go-to spot. I recommend this place to everyone because of the warm atmosphere created by the staff. The morning team truly deserves high praise!

The meal I had didn't feel special enough to justify the $8.50 I paid for a small sandwich, a small hash brown, and coffee. Overall, it was quite ordinary.

Tim Hortons is fantastic! The only downside is that every time my husband and I visit, there are missing items from our order. Other than that, the service and quality are excellent.
