TGI FRIDAYS Greece - Rochester

I only visited this restaurant because I had a gift card, and I would have been disappointed if I had paid with my own money. I brought my toddler for dinner and the experience was absurd. The server was not attentive and took a long time to bring our drinks. It took even longer to take our order. The food was disappointing, with cold macaroni and cheese and flavorless pasta. The check-out process was frustrating, with a long wait to use my gift card and receive the bill. Overall, the experience was infuriating and I will not be returning to this TGI Fridays, even with a gift card.

The restaurant was chaotic with dirty tables everywhere, busboys in a bad mood, and a lack of staff. Despite having a reservation, I was informed that there would be a 30-minute wait. Eventually, they seated me. Our server made an effort to please us, but all the food, including the appetizer, was overcooked. The beer was flat, and the atmosphere was unpleasant with unhappy staff and customers.

Restaurant seemed understaffed. Our waitress was running all over Food portions were small.

The food was not great at all. My family and I have been to numerous TGI Friday's and this was one that truly disappointed me. The sizzling chicken and shrimp was bland and barely any cheese on it. The appetizer which was the cheese sticks, potato with cheese and bacon and the mozzarella sticks were decent, but the shrimp pasta my husband had and the chicken and broccoli our son had was not great. The broccoli even had brown spots on the tips. We will not visit this location again. I was extremely disappointed and so was my family.
