Starbucks - Rochester

You're doing a great job here and I didn't have any problems with anything that's not in stock anymore. The drinks are coming pretty fast. The banana bread is unbelievable if you didn't try it, you need it. The only thing that keeps me from giving this assessment is that the staff is somehow cold. They are just a number they do not really care about, but the product is good.

My brother bought a $20 gift card as a gift, but it turned out that only $5. We have his bank statement that he was charged $20. Christine was great and helped us solve the problem.

I had a superb blonde. Barista did it well. No complaints here!

Despite what a few people have said that I never had a problem in this facility, they always get my order right and it's something overpriced, but this is Starbucks for you otherwise great experience on the whole way

Coffee is ok. The staff are usually pleasant.
