Panera Bread - Rochester

It was the second time we came. Bowls of soups were served half way, I ordered a duet and server disposed half of the sandwich in front of me after checking my receipt? First time seeing something like this, so rude. Manager was nice enough to refill theother half bowl for one of the orders though. It is meh?

Salat is very good. coffee is super good. apple is sometimes fresh.

The brot in sandwich my daughter was super fresh. apfelhähnchensalat was excellent! loved the dried apple slices, pecans

Eating literally took 45 minutes to reach us. we ordered about the kiosk and there was no sign or gone to tell us about the waiting period. 25 minutes to wait my man went up to ask for a refund that we said they could not refund a gift card. that's bulle. So we had to wait for our food for literally 45 minutes or just lose for $35. I don't blame the staff at all, because it was short and I was there before. I wish they had a sign somewhere near or near the kiosk.

This autumn (butternuss) suppe is so delicious! the chipolte chicken sandwich was quite bland, but the brot was very nice.
