Kumo Sushi - Rochester

Our server was the best server we have ever had. I wish I would have gotten her name. She asked if we were sisters and when she found out we were BFF's for 40 years she began telling us stories about her BFF. She was entertaining, incredibly friendly and very good at her job. She even offered to pray for me after finding out we were here for a Mayo visit. We will come back here and recommend this place to everyone because of her.Dietary restrictions: I have an avocado allergy and pur server made sure there was no avocados in any of our food

Sushi was good. We did the all you can eat sushi. Service was a bit slow, especially considering how few people were in there besides us. Many choices of sushi to choose from. Our favorite roll was the Fantasy roll!Food: 4/5

I wish I would have known about this restaurant sooner! The all you can eat sushi menu is amazing. The best I have ever experienced in fact and I am half Japanese, having been to Japan many times, though never to an all you can eat which might be an American thing. Staff with a smile and very attentive. I will be back soon and many times after.

The food was good! I really love the options for the AYCE menu. On this visit, we ordered a bottle of wine. They brought us 2 glasses of wine. When we told them, they apologized and said they did it wrong, but since they opened a bottle they were going to charge us for a glass AND a bottle. They did not comp a glass due to their mistake, so we stuck with the glasses. Everything else was good.
