José Joe's Burgers Burritos

My wife and I have been enjoying JJ's for about 5 years now. Every time one of us is in the area we coordinate a pick up. The garbage plate is a Rochester area culinary monster that has found its way into hearts and homes all over. Jose Joe's twist is the garbage plate burrito and it's amazing deep fried in a tortilla. You have to try this place, its incredible. Also portions are large which is one of my favorite aspects of any meal.

I dine on a chicken sandwich which was good the french fries were outstanding they have a light coating of some sort and the quantity was very generous I certainly would go back they had a nice patio sitting area that I did not use because of the Heat but on a cooler day would be great

I ordered a veggie burger and fries for my son and a burger and Mac salad for myself. I also tipped them for their service. They made a mistake gave me 2 Mac salads. I told the Karen behind the counter that I need fries for my son and she tells me if I give her the mac salad back she'll give me fries. We were looking for a quick lunch along Lake Ontario and came across this one. Had a bunch of favorable reviews, so we stopped. Had the Jose Carne burrito. I didn't realize you could use Steak-um meat in a burrito. It had no flavor. The diet coke had an odd cherry flavor. Ate 4 bites and left hungry. The cashier was very friendly and pleasant.

Great staff. Very helpful. Tacos are great. Loved the chicken one the best. And the smokin' Joe's burger has some good heat to it.
