Bidra med feedbackAlthough I have only been to this DD 's location about 3 times, all 3 visits have been pretty good. The last time I was there, the 2 frozen coffees my sister and I got were really strong like coffee stuck at the bottom bitter type of strong but with allthe pumps of this and splashes of that, caramel, whipped cream on them/inside the cup that still didn 't help? So because our momonly lives 2 mins from this location and they were not cheap enough to just let it go(because what I didn 't know but what mydaughter who 's worked at the DDS in Chili Walmart, said it 's 25 cents for every pump u ask for? A lot of these DD employeesdon 't give the customers all the pumps they ask for, but then get attitudes because a coffee person knows exactly how theircoffee should taste like? ???? I do agree with the drive thru time being very long, and there shouldn 't be a reason becausethe inside was empty and ppl in front of us in DT, were only getting drinks handed out the window to them, but then we noticedthat only 2 female employees was there alone? The young lady at the window was the sweetest employee I 've came across in thelongest time!!! I hope y 'all are sitting down for this one.....SHE ACTUALLY ASKED WHAT KIND OF BITTER WAS OUR DRINKS??? So afterbeing shocked we finally told her they tasted like bitter old coffee at the bottom of the coffee maker. She took the time toclean everything out remade our drinks, we tasted them, told her she should be Employee of the Year and left! ???? Ijs, ifsome employees tried harder to get orders right instead of just giving customers attitude(and vice versa, because I know somecustomers are difficult and nasty to deal with things would run smoother? Have a blessed day everybody!!!????
I was charged for 2 sandwiches and 3 coffees, but after a 40-minute wait, the sandwiches never arrived. When I asked for a refund, I was told they couldn't issue refunds. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
The coffee at this location is consistently delicious, however, some of the staff are not up to par. One employee was seen arguing and using foul language towards the manager while customers were present in the store.
The restaurant opens at 5 AM, which is perfect timing for me! The morning crew on weekdays is the best. That's when they serve the best coffee, trust me! I've been on weekends and throughout the day, but it's nothing like the Monday to Friday morning crew.
No longer worth going here until corporate can correct it?s staffing and supply issue. I believe they may be short handed due to the clearly fed up and unsupported staff, the 20 minutes I sat to even place an order in the drive thru (being the only carthere) and three separate occasions where it?s taken 45 minutes to get out of the drive thru area with a substitute because theydo not have most product. Sucks because this place is on the way to work.
