Domino's Pizza - Rochester

Literally cancelled my order 2 minutes before it was supposed to be delivered n it was hours before closing

Poor excuse for pizza. The pizza was extremely over cooked and very poorly cut. it fell apart into pieces when I tried to grab a slice. On top of that it was barely warm. It tasted as good as it looked.

I ordered pizza by phone because their website, which I usually use, wasn't working right. I told the man that I wanted just a little bit of cheese, then said light cheese, hardly any (can't eat dairy). Then I ordered their regular, NOT robust sauce. I had an entire layer of cheese on this pizza, which would be good if I could eat it!. It also had the Robust sauce, which I said I didn't want. I only ate 1 slice.

The app wouldn't take my email coupon and the store said they couldn't add the coupon for me. Talked to the manager, who wouldn't give me his name, and he said they couldn't do anything and told me to call corporate. 9/8/23. Absolutely ridiculous!

As of every time I've ordered online, I've received my order as it was, within a quick time frame, the delivery men have been formal and respectful in speech, and were great to alert me of when they were nearby. All around great experience ordering from here, this stores crew is tremendous.
