Boston Market - Rochester

We loved it here. Today the drink machine was all grounded, false drinks under false names. my brokkoli was cold. the bathrooms were rough, no toilet paper and smells. the workers were pleasant.

Update: just about a month after, still no refund even after finally talking to a store manager.Did an online order almost 2 weeks ago. We went to pick up the food to be told they don't have some of what we ordered. We still were charged for the food we did not receive. The manager told us he would refund us for the food we did not receive. I have called a few times about the refund, but have yet to get a call back. Here we sit 2 weeks later and still no refund.

Tried to order 3 different items and each was out.I asked if there was anything else they were out of (was walking back and forth outside to not take up space while ordering for 2 people). Staff listed pretty much everything but rotisserie chicken and meatloaf along with about half the sides.Ordering isn't the crews fault, nor is signage but if you're going to run out of all but a fraction of the menu items, you'd think there would be a contingency for removing/covering missing menu items so twenty minutes isn't wasted ordering food that isn't available

This is Donna Coleman, my husband is Jim Coleman. My sister and I just visited your location at lunch today. The gentleman that waited on us said we only have one chicken left and the rest will be over 25 min. Most people walked right out of the door, which we should have done! The food was cold, the chicken wasn’t too bad but the mashed potato and spinach was terrible! We got a fountain drink and the only straws that you had we’re unwrapped!! We asked if they had any wrapped and they said no that they had to go out and buy those! What in the world! With Covid you think it is ok to have unwrapped straws just sitting out that everyone touches! We will never be back! We paid $11.00 and threw our food away. We told a employee on our way out and he just laughed! And he was sitting there eating Burger King!,

Stopped for a late evening meal with wife and grandson. Had the chicken pot pie, roast chicken and mac and cheese, Very friendly staff, no complaints.
