Bidra med feedbackWhat a thrill: unbelievably delicious and super fresh food! The owners of Il Corso nearly speak English or any other language, it's the Italian way or the highway...., but they are so helpful and do their best to explain you the menu and what they serve that day. The lady of the house cooks whilst her husband runs around serving people their plates and terrific wines. You can only choose between 2 or 3 plates and that's it. But what a delight this food is. This is the real and honest Italian cuisine. The best of the best. When in the neighbourhood, go and visit Il Corso, it's really worth the detour. Thumbs up!
Amazingly kind people! We sat at a cosy place outside, amazing atmosphere! The chairs could be a bit more comfortable but overall, great spot! There were many menu options to choose from including vegetarian ones. Our lovely waitress was the kindest! Definitely recommend!
The food they serve here is one of the best we have ever had. The boar (cinghiale) is out of this world. No more words are needed. If you are here, this restaurant is a must.
Best boar I’ve ever had and my wife loved her porcini tagliatelle! Enjoyed mixed tuscan antipasti and ended with delicious tiramisu
This was such a wonderful recommendation from our B&B hosts! The restaurant is family run (father and daughter), they’re extremely welcoming and warm, their ingredients are their own, they even use their own grown olive oil! Everything is so delicious and avoids the touristy feel all the meals feel home cooked, like your grandma would make when you’re a child, really comforting but so professionally done, so full of flavour, so fresh. The owner is welcoming, speaks excellent English and really describes in detail what’s available and how it’s made. We couldn’t recommend this place enough. Having come here after a few days in Florence, this restaurant wins hands down!
