Beefy Burger - Robstown

Been going to B.B. since high school and have been LOVING it ever since and that's since 1978.

You would think that their customer service would at least make up for their trashy restaurant but the workers are extremely rude! I have never had such a horrible experience!

I have been going to Beefy Burger basically my entire life. As soon as I walk into the store the very nice employees know what I want and ask about my mama. The service is very fast and the quality of the food is amazing. When I leave for college this is going to be the restaurant that I miss the most! Beefy Burger is a place that I've never been disappointed and have made wonderful memories at.

I have been at this location several times and each time has been a problem. My mistake is that i keep repeating it and expecting different results. I always believe in giving people chances. The manager lacks any customer service skills as too some of the employees. The place is over price for the type of business it is and for the little they give and the quality. They have only one size of fries (Large. I did not get large fries and got small fries for the price of $2.30. A small order of Onion Rings were over $3.00. A corn dog kids meal was $4.00. I kid you not on these prices. My burgers were cold but that's okay because i like cold burgers. If you don't, then i would not go. If you are in Robstown i recommend that you don't stop at this place but for the same price you can eat way better at Whataburger.
