Firehouse Subs Lake Joy

Put order in online. Go to pick up area. Grab my food. Everything seems to be good. Till I looked at my food. Kings Hawaiian was nothing but sauce and lettuce. The bun was burnt so bad I thought it was a chocolate chip cookie. Brisket still hardly any meat. Took it back for a refund.

Ordered a large steamer on white with lettuce. I get a large steamer on wheat with no lettuce.Employees didn’t even know if they were open or not when I asked at 7:30 PM because the open sign was not on in the window.Sandwich was a $15 piece of trash and that’s where it went!I will absolutely not be back to this one!

Terrible. Steak and cheese taste awful. The worst lunch ever. Paid 22 bucks for a sandwich and left tip for nothing.the sub was thrown in trash,did not have time to go

The chicken parm sub was a big letdown compared to the last sub we tried from Firehouse. The chicken balls are too firm and the sandwhich as a whole was salty. I don't think this was anything that the people working here did just a subpar sub. Others from here have been good though.

Ordered from restaurant for them to make it and not give it to me for an hour it was soggy and cold when i received iti reached out on january 25th to customer service and still havent heard back as of january 30th
