Frank's Italian - Roanoke

We are visiting from SoCal for an Ironman race and stopped in looking for some good Italian food. We were not disappointed...the food is amazing and authentic! The pizza and pasta dishes are over the top! So good that we went back for a second night. Jordan and Britney made us feel completely welcome and at home. It's definitely a must visit.

Ordered from here multiple times and every single time has been a HUGE disappointment. One time I ordered two meatball subs and got two Italian subs and they never refunded it. How do you screw that up and I understand mistakes happen but at least take accountability. They are never on time the good shows up late and cold and every single staff person I've talked to there has been so rude when I tried to get my money back. Wish I could give zero stars.

Franks is always a great place to go. Food is always fresh and the staff is always happy to see you. I promise you won't leave hungry...The pizza reminds me of home up north in Penn and NJ. I have been to Many franks in the area and I am not sure if they are the same ones but they are all very good

Staying in Roanoke and going to VA Tech game tomorrow. My son and I stopped to get food to go for dinner. Calzone was great! Garlic Wings were fantastic! Sampler Platter was outstanding. Great prices and very friendly staff. Thank You!
