Domino's Pizza - Roanoke

Placed my order at10:15 and they waited to start prepping it till after they closed and canceled my order , don’t go here!

We’ve been ordering from this store as long as I’ve been living in Roanoke (almost 10 years. We live on a dead end street that most people don’t know exists. We got an alert the order was delivered, and we went straight outside to grab it. Not there. We walked around the block to see if it was the wrong house. Nothing. We called the store, the manager was instantly disrespectful, saying “Okay??” when I told her the issue. She wouldn’t ALLOW me to speak when I tried to tell her we checked the neighborhood. She called back, saying they couldn’t do anything and it must’ve been stolen. No apologies, no refund, no care at all that they just ripped us off. If we immediately stepped outside when it said it was delivered, wouldn’t we see with our EYES if there was anyone outside????? I and my husband have never been talked to so disrespectfully by a “manager.”

Asked for extra sauce but had next to none when I bit into the pizza. The cheese bread is to die for though so I gotta give it a 4.

They close the doors at 10pm and only take delivery orders for a 10.99 fee. Food is good if you go early

Last two orders (cheesy bread) were uncooked inside not returning
