Bubblecake - Roanoke

Not my cup tee, regarding a cupcake! too much zigzag and not a delicious cupcake. will not spend my money there again. better choices in the valley.

The best, absolutely. My dad and I are cupcake aficionados. We try cupcakes in every city we visit, and we travel A LOT. Without a doubt, these are the best. They beat every other cupcake I've ever had hands down. I've had cupcakes from shops that are featured on television and I can honestly say that I have thrown away some because I keep comparing them to Bubblecake. Even if you don't live in Roanoke, I think it's worth at least an hour's drive to get these, maybe more. I've sent my college professors to Bubblecake. They agree: this place is absolutely, positively the best.

Worst Customer Service in Roanoke. I have worked with this business ONE time and ONE time ONLY and will never recommend them to anyone. I'd never want to be truly embarrassed to have recommended such an awful experience. The cupcakes are just ok...nothing special and nothing to pay such a high price for. They are presented beautifully, but very lackluster in taste. I could have dealt with that if it had not been for the truly awful customer service that I received not only from both owners, but most of the staff as well. They use box mixes and prefabricated frostings. nothing of scratching one of the recipes even used bergtau. if they are looking for bakery fresh, this is not.

Very good!. I visited this truck for the first time today and got the tiffany. I enjoyed it very much.
