Bidra med feedbackAbsolutely horrible management. Starbucks corporate should be ashamed with this location. Average over 30 minutes for 1 simple drink. 1 person slowly making drinks. Others walking around useless. Watched the manager take a break while super busy. No hustle. Not a care in the world that 20 people are waiting for drinks.
The staff is rude and inconsistent with making drinks. No matter how it’s ordered. I go through the drive threw and use DD or the Starbucks app everyday and I will get something completely different every time even though I sent the SAME order. But yet when I say something about it to them I get fussed out in the window by a green headed man and tell me I’m ordering the wrong thing and that’s not the first time I’ve been treated rude by telling them they made my drink wrong some of the staff in the morning do the same thing. I literally have ordered the same drink my whole life. Travel all around the world and visit Starbucks multiple places and it’s funny I never have issues anywhere else just in RR. After spending hundreds of dollars weekly being treated so rude I will no longer be using this location. I will not spend my money with a location that’s rude and disrespectful just because they don’t know how to do their jobs. So sad.
The workers are not washing their hands after restroom!!
Manager stood at the counter loudly gossiping about complaints she received from her store during the entire 20 mins I stood waiting for 2 items to be ready, items which were ordered 10 mins prior to my arrival at the facility.
Great service, friendly, polite and made an excellent iced mocha when we stoped on our way through town. Wish every store made my drink this well!
