Bidra med feedbackThe slowest Bojangles in the state! I have been here 4 times and the line for the drive-thru was not long but somehow it takes me a total of 30 minutes to get my food everytime I come here. The staff is also not the friendliest. Go somewhere else!
Me and my boyfriend come regularly here so I never have any issues. HOWEVER, I made a mobile order through the app around 12:15 to pick up food CURBSIDE. I needed to get home to my dogs to take them out before returning to work. Not expecting to wait until12:50 for my food. So I waited and waited. I finally got upset and went inside and the lady pulled it off the shelf fromwaiting. I said ?I?ve been waiting for 25 mins..? nothing. No response. My food was cold. I am very disappointed with this. Itwas a mobile order. I shouldn?t have had to wait that long for a sandwich and fries. I?ve worked fast food before and it?s notthat difficult. Do better bojangles or get better workers.
My wife and I came here while out of town to Richmond. Never had Bojangles before and now we are returning customers. This restaurant ran out of napkins. What did the manager on duty do? Guy not only went out and bought some with his own money but hewent to each and every table to hand them out. That's amazing customer service.
This people sales the best chicken ???? meat I ate in a long time. As a matter if fact, me and my family family traveled nearly 6hrs away from our home state to North Carolina on a weekend getaway to eat the lunch at this restaurant. We Loved it ????there.
They need a new manager and the lady that?s been working in the window lately got to go. They never have the proper items to complete a meal, wether it?s dipping sauce, the correct size boxes to put the food in, drinks, or chicken tenders. The lady thatworks the window takes her sweet precious time, like there is no urgency or care in the world. I went there about 3 times andjust drove off.
