The appetizer, after the welcome aperitif, consists of the cut salama, queen of the party. A succession of tradition in the first dishes, I almost feel like going to eat from grandmother when I hear ravioli, chaplains, cappelletti. Seconds are no less. The prices are adequate for a paesana festival. Congratulations!
It should be pointed out that in order to be a sagra....many restaurants especially in the North should take an example....from the appetizer to the sweet food quality and things that you hardly find around.... other than nouvelle cousine...poi gli affettati...cappelletti etc.....you seem to return baby when you went to eat from the grandmother....provate..
Every year between May and June the traditional festival is renewed, besides of course Salama da Tai which is excellent, also other typical and traditional dishes el place, Cappelletti in brodo, Cappellacci with pumpkin, pork chop with handle etc. To congratulate the organization that is always up to the situation.
If someone wants to taste the typical traditional dishes, the best place is not there. Starting from the welcome with aperitif, it is all a succession of joys of the palate: from the appetizers, to the first and to the meat, everything tastes of tradition and dedication of wise hands in the area. Service absolutely to be admired that nothing has to envy at restaurants far higher. The reservation is absolutely necessary, given the huge turnout.
