The CBTL Branch located at the Avenue of the Arts Building is my to go branch whenever I am around the area 'coz it is very accessible and near Roxas Boulevard. Also, this branch is pretty quiet 'coz the usual customers are students who just wants to study.

Last night on a gathering with my cousins, I used up most of my free credits on drinks. I used in particular the matcha and chocolate varieties. Too bad they didn’t have the Ube drinks, as I have 7 more left to burn. I really like the Chocolate Nut for its bold taste of espresso and dark chocolate paired with the sweetness of peanut butter and caramel. For matcha it had the bittersweet feel, just the way it should be.

Always a classy and very rewarding kind of coffee for me. I visited this branch twice already. tried pairing my coffee with Banana Muffins for only P95 and I liked it! I feel happy ordering while enjoying the aroma of coffee in the entire Coffee Shop. Parking is just a headache in this branch. Towing team is always on sight.

What I like about this branch is it's the one that opens earliest within the area. The ambiance is good too and the staff during the early morning shift are friendly. The comfort room is an inconvenience though, it's at the upper floor of the building. I'm often alone whenever I go to cafes therefore there is the issue of whether I should leave my things everytime I need to go to the CR.

I like mocha ice blended and mexican cinnamon hot and cold. The place is nice and relaxing nice view watching Manila bay sunset. No comfort room at the ground floor, aircon should be functional always. The staff and crew are nice and very accommodating, polite.
