Wabi Sabi - Riyadh

2022 edit: while new articles have been added since this review, there seems to be a change in management that has not now had a good and largely negative impact on the resistance. I came to the restaurant personally and depend on my observation. it is still pleasant to eat, but loses a star only because you don't know if you eat tastes as it is supposed to be today, or even uncooked tomorrow. this restaurant will have to maintain standards that suggest the price if they want to stay around, especially with more restaurants. ______________________________________ wabisabi really fills a gap in the riyadh restaurant market for vegans and vegetarians who want to eat a large international selection of high-quality livelihoods that changes with their seasonal menu. the interior and food presentation is tasteful, eclectic and chic. The ingredients taste fresh, tasteful, without being excessively heavy. the most important courses have all very generous portion size, so they are very satisfied and full. great place to their non vegan or vegan-curiose friends as well as, since the carefully curated menu has something for everyone! note: wabisabi has a significant con: a gap in the local market to fill or not, many of the non-premium (not main course) items are estimated inappropriate. eg: flatbread, manoosha, dives and various toasts. why should the prices for this article 35 sr and higher? updated by previous review on 2022-01-13

I went to this place with some non vegan friends. They were first hesitating, but the experience ended amazing. a vegan resturant that is not difficult to eat, I must say, and her cake. Oh, my God.

The best food in the city. perfect service. very friendly people. different types of foods, so that everyone can find their beloved foods.

The food might be great, i wouldn't know, the staff bizarrely wouldn't let me read the menu!? Instead, every 5 seconds the waiters would interrupt me to tell me something irrelevant, or suggest what I should eat. Despite repeatedly asking them to let me read the menu they continued to interrupt. So I left.

Visited here a few weeks ago. The service was great the menu simply amazing. The first time I’ve visited a completely vegan restaurant in Saudi it did not disappoint. My non vegan friend was also very impressed. Looking forward to more trips back here. Thank you for bringing us something vegan in Riyadh.
